On behalf of the Residents’ Association, we are delighted to welcome you to our community. Foral is a warm, friendly, and multicultural neighbourhood, home to residents from many different countries. We hope you will soon feel at home here.
Language: Because of our diverse backgrounds, we communicate mainly in English and Portuguese. These are the two languages that most residents understand. You are welcome to use either one in our WhatsApp groups. Please note that if you choose to write in another language, many neighbours may not understand your message, and it may be difficult for others to respond or offer help. If needed, you can always ask for assistance with translation.
Membership: The annual membership fee is €40 per household, covering the period from January to December. Membership supports community maintenance, improvements, and various residents’ initiatives.
Annual General Meeting: Once a year, we hold the Residents’ Annual General Meeting, where we share updates, discuss community matters, and allow residents to participate in decisions. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbours.
